| Description: | The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the timely administration and strategic development of email marketing campaigns. The incumbent will remain current on email marketing best practices, with regard to contact strategies, data capture and campaign analysis, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance. The Email Marketing Coordinator should be a smart, creative, analytical thinker, who can apply marketing and project management skills to a rapidly changing environment. |
| Duties: | • Conduct email campaign setup, targeting, data monitoring, scheduling, tracking, testing, and deployment.
• Work with marketing partners and affiliates to assure material delivery and consistency.
• Aid in implementation process improvements to become more efficient and productive.
• Provide and analyze daily reporting.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | • Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• 1-2 years working experience in email marketing, direct marketing, database marketing, advertising, or marketing research
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
• General understanding of enterprise level reporting tools
• Basic understanding of direct-to-consumer business, affiliate marketing, CPA marketing, competitive/business environment and consumer behavior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen ability to work within a team to conceive, create and execute designs
• Ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, changing environment and be able to make decisions independently
• Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deliver meticulous work
• Must be able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Want to continue growing personally and professionally
