Customer Service Agent

Description:Interacts with external and internal customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve concerns.
Duties:1. Applies knowledge of company products and processes
2. Handles a variety of inbound and outbound calls
3. Ensures adherence to company policies for internal and external customers
4. Handles every situation with a positive outlook
5. Receives customers' requests by telephone, e-mail or voice mail
6. Analyzes orders, correctly records all customer or vendor inquiries
7. Provides follow-up needed on each account
8. Maintains liaison with other departments for customer satisfaction
9. Offer additional products and services as required

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Ability to relate to the customer to establish rapport and resolve customer issues

Ability to empathize with internal and external customers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Basic math skills

Ability to utilize MS Outlook

Ability to learn quickly and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision
Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED required

Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service/Call Center experience

Ability to speak Spanish helpful

Flexibility with scheduled work hours, including the ability to work Saturdays and overtime as required

Successful completion of pre-employment
background check, drug screen and reference check

Position requires sitting, typing, using a computer to enter data while speaking on the telephone utilizing a headset
